We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the Kasbah. The hotel facilities were clean, including the regenerating private bathtub in our room. We also loved spending time on the terrace with its beautiful panoramic view and the swimming pool, ideal for cool relaxation. The staff really stood out: they were professional, friendly and always willing to help with any needs we had. We were particularly impressed by the delicious breakfast and the useful tips they gave us to explore the city.
Nothing at all.

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, very close to the main attractions. the staff was amazing, always trying to help and willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The decoration was exquisite, making us feel we were in a palace.
The shower was awful, it was almost impossible to wash our hair or feel clean, and the hot water took a lot of time to come. , the room was quite cold, and the heater was not enough to warm it up.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to the city's main attractions. the terrace offers stunning views of the river and skyline which makes it wonderful. the staff are polite and attentive. Rooms are also quite comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms.
The hotel management's attitude towards guests is not professional. the prices may be falsely inflated, and the staff may refuse to acknowledge when questioned.

I recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was situated right in the heart of the Medina. Within just a few minutes of walking, I was able to reach the beach and the Kasbah, both must-see attractions. The rooms themselves were absolutely stunning, designed in a beautiful Arabic style with mosaic walls and gorgeous floors. The private bathtub was a true oasis, providing a much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring. The highlight of my stay was definitely the terrace, where I could enjoy a panoramic view of the city while lounging by the swimming pool. The staff at this hotel was exceptional - professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Aziza, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and provided me with invaluable advice on exploring the city. This hotel truly provided me with an unforgettable experience. Everything was simply beautiful!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It provides enhanced comfort and quality services that will make your stay here unforgettable.
